Slow most of day, then no service despite a DSL carrier.

AT&T states no problem on their end and stated that I had a home network problem and if if I upgraded dsl to u-verse the problem would be solved and scheduled a tech for tuesday between 1 and 3. They did NOT log into my computer to check connectivity and only ran some tests on the modem. It really sounds like they are ONLY in the business to promote and sell u-verse!!!!!
