No receipt of email again. I am getting close to getting rid of this service in favor of gmail or whatever. A disgrace.

I suspect there is more to this story than we know - the email service has been down on and off for over a year, today it has already been almost 12 hours, and there is no spam showing up in my spam folder, either.  my global.net service is apparently run out of the Philipines and it has been a disaster.  after complaining to the 'office of the president' of att, (here in america) and also filing a complaints with the better business bureau, I at least had the opportunity to speak with someone here in the states.  I complained that the LEAST the company could do would be to force the offshored support cs people to admit they were having problems, servers were down, or whatever.  earlier in the year they kept insisting everything was fine and it must be the customer's issue, browsers, cookies, etc.  when I forced the issue by telling them I was a tech exec and has scores of engineers working for me, they backed down and said they really didn't know what was wrong.  then, finally, they started to admit 'issues' were happening.  Still doesn't get me my email, or prevent business losses and damage to my business since we look unreliable if we don't respond to emails promptly.  I am tempted to start at the small claims court in my state and file for non-performance and defective product issues.  just a thought...
