looping to password

I have not been able to log into emails for 4 days now. This is ridicoulous. It keeps looping to my log in. Then I did figure a way to change from new version to classic. It says ucr or something like that is not valid. I just need my emails on my computer. An IT person I know, thinks it might be those of us with old emails-mine is sbcglobal dot net. His is older than that and this is when you go to att dot net to log in or any other att or yahoo to log in. When is this going to be fixed? I have called att 6 times and chatted as many. One rep said remove cookies, i did, that messed my system up, then I redid computer, lost everything on it! I am not happy. I can't stand att anymore. I had cell issues last week making calls and texting for hours. Fix it! We all pay enough for your services.

I have had this problem since last Thursday PM.  I too have been on the phone numerous times.  Last I was told today, aroung 10:00 am CST, there is still no fix and another 24 to 48 hours.  My business is really hurting as all of my correspondence is tied up in email.  Even when I make a call I do an email search to ensure I am on the right page with my client.  Worse than pitiful.

My business has been down since last Thursday too!  Our IT guy got emails going through Outlook, but not working well!  This is a mess for my business!!!  When contract with att renews, we are GONE!
