On Phone for 90 minutes with AT&T and they indicate UVerse gateway may be issue but I think that is very unlikely so they want to dispatch a technician to my home. I have same problem on all three PCs, Ipads and Iphones. Speedtest.net shows ping, download and upload speeds are fine. I reset residential gateway, rebooted all pcs and devices and still same issue both wired and wireless. There is a problem at ATT here. All google sites load fine but it seems almost everything else is being blocked. I even told ATT technician to check comments on ATT Site down as there are many reports of this issue.......and they want to waste my time by sending technician to my home. These tech calls are happening too frequently on my end to ATT and I am almost ready to make the switch to some other provider.
A new provider will install service for phone/tv/internet on Wed. It may or may not be any better, but I'm tired and ready to give somebody else a try. I've been an AT&T/Southwestern Bell customer for over 50 years. Still on their cellular until contract runs in March.
