You need to call att. I just got off the phone after resetting my password to the same password I have always used.
After doing so, everthing was fine.
Can you post the phone number to call please?
However, my phone won't add the e-mail account.
I haven't been able to access my email acct for 2 days. I can't even find a telephone number to call to troubleshoot the issue. Does anyone have a phone number? Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

I've finally got the email problem fixed. I'm not a quitter and after 5 days it's back up and running. I'm going to rethink using this as my primary mode of emailing tho. I'm saving all of my important info from it to my thumb drive. Good luck to all of you still in frustration.
So, you couldn't get your iPhone to accept your att.net email? I've got that problem in addition to as previously mentioned. Did they fix that at the att store?
Have talked to four special ATT email support people over the last 3 days. Because I do not have an active ATT DSL account and the correct answers to my security questions are not accepted, no-one can help. Same sbcglobal.net email for 14 years. Gave them my 2012 ATT DSL account number, but it seems to be deleted. This email is extremely important to me. The yahoo support number puts me on hold forever and then disconnects. Guess they are swamped. Have tried all ATT and Yahoo online support suggestions. Please help.
