Email starting to flow after 8 hours of nothing

Last email was received 11:36 AM Central then nothing until 7:30PM. Tried to start chat session to determine where the issue was but after entering my information link did not work. Ironically that was when the email started coming in. The email headers all show various different sent times over the last 8 hours with delivery times within 4 minutes. I wonder how many emails were lost when there cache on the servers maxed out?

I believe that many sent were kicked back as refused by network according to other posts here. I still haven't received the test message I sent although I've gotten about 3 emails in the last 30 minutes after an entire day of none.
