Email requests repeated login

att.net email repeatedly prompts "Sorry, your session has expired.  To protect your account, you need to confirm your password periodically."  When I sign in again my email flashes briefly and returns me to the message:  "Sorry, your session has expired.  To protect your account, you need to confirm your password periodically."  This is very annoying.  Please fix it.

I've discovered from some quick google research that adding /b directly after the word neo in the url allows access to my e mail, but this needs to get fixed.
