Password not being accepted. Account is shown as inactive. Kept free e-mail after purchasing new home in area where AT&T services are not available.
My password stopped working this morning and my account was locked after several failed login attempts. I had to call AT&T in order to have my password reset. The support rep confirmed that they have been experiencing problems.
Same problem except ATT can not reset my passwoed because my security answers are invalid. Tried all ATT and Yahoo on-line suggestions and spent hours on the phone with 4 different ATT support people. No GO. Please help.
