most e-mails are not being received, The ones that are arriving are delayed by 30 minutes to an hour.....

email is delayed as much as 5 hours, when looking at when the sender sent email and when it has arrived. I have sent emails yesterday that finally BCC'd myself between 3 and 5 hours later. This is still going on today.
