email at sbcglobal down for over a week

My email is down cannot login says account is inactive this is the same account I have used for years now and i never went more then a day or so not logging in all the sudden it dosn't work no way to fix it no way to reset it and no way to sign up for a new account.... making my life miserable since all my bills are paperless I can not see if they are due...
