I use my att.net for work and personal affairs. I have not been able to log in since January 24, 2014. ATT shame on you. You are affecting so many lives in a very negative way.
I think the customers that are left should run from ATT. This is just unacceptable!!!!!

Southern CAL, OC area - I completely agree, they won't even specify what the problem is. Are all my contacts and important emails gone forever? Is this another "Target" Identity theft issue? What's the deal? Glad I left att a long time ago, just kept the email address. Even that was a mistake.
I live in Northern Illinois and email is now out as well. I hope this is not a hack job. If it is this will be the second time at the hands of AT&T and will be the last for me. I paid the price last time this happened and I won't go through this again. Please get things back up and running again AT&T. Thanks!
This is the last straw.. I have had their s!*tty ssrvice for 15 years and have not wanted to change because I've had the email for so long but it is no longer worth it... goodbye and good riddence. you ATT POS!!
