Error: LGNS0119. Says no account associated with user ID. Worked fine yesterday. Also can't login on website.

I can not login into my account either, I tried going to full site than it said maintenance.
Mine's been down for almost 4 days and it keeps sending me texts telling me my bill is $640. I called and my bill is how much it should be, they saw nothing wrong on their end. Not sure what's wrong.
I have the same thing happening time now Did it clear up after a week or so?
My AT&T hasn't worked without this message popping up for the past three weeks. LGNS0119
