Can't access email; am being told my id/password doesn't match their records

There is nothing mentioned about this on their web-site.  I have no way of reporting the problem directly to them.

Have not been able to access email from Android/K-9 client via IMAP or POP for two days now.  Getting invalid username/password.  Works fine via web & iPad.  Error #AUTH605 in logs.....
