After signing in, next page times out. Cannot access e-mail.

Ever since sending and receiving emails successfully this morning up until about 8:30, Cannot send or receive emails since then (now it's 7:05 PM on December 9th).....one computer uses Outlook to POP off emails, another goes directly to att.yahoo, and neither approach works. Called ATT for assistance and was told there is a problem with the att/Yahoo portal and has been a problem for a week or so, intermittent, some email accounts, don't know when it will be resolved.
