Cannot get email or send!

Keep getting error message that password or account is wrong!  Tried various things, none work!

Had a customer complaining that his email wouldn't work through Outlook.  He was correct and it didn't work through Thunderbird either.

The email worked when retrieved from the webpage but not when using the same credentials through ports 995 and 465 using SSL.

 

 

PLEASE FIX!

LDAP and other login servers have had issues for months - I can only figure this email system is so badly compromised (and of course badly managed) that ATT may never to get it right and fix it, certainly not with the outsourced support they insist on using and which has consistently proven they don't have the skills to maintain a secure system
