Cannot access email

When I say forgot pwd, (even though I haven't), that doesn't work either.  It's been 4 days now!!!  I am in Germany, so it cannot be a tower issue from the states that many have suggested!

I can not access my email. It keeps saying "server password has changed" but I have not changed my password

I cannot access my att.net account.   It says to put in my password and says it's invalid.   When I sent my phone number to verify my account name my son's e mail account  texted to me.   What's going on?
