AT&T Yahoo Mail Unannounced Change

Lost full featured Yahoo Mail, and now appears to be just Basic.  AT&T advises there was a necessary security upgrade, that unfortunately, did not go well for many.  10 hours later, AT&T and Yahoo are still completely silent on issue, as if it never happened.

Many others, on different sites, report a variety of other issues/bugs.  Most started prox 2 PM CDT, on May 2.

AT&T calls it an "Upgrade" and advises to just sit tight, and all will be well, within 48 hrs. Hard to have confidence in a company that operates like this.  Even if a version change was bug free, and a complete positive, in every way, to every user, a responsible company would never do it without any communication.

The 48 hrs we were supposed to just sit tight, and all would be OK, again, passed 24 hours ago. No change. Not even an aknowledgement of the real problem. ATT/Yahoo Tech Suppt seems to be only given partial tidbits of info, if anything at all. 

What is best wavy to shine a light on this process, and force meaningful info and solutions?
