AT&T site redirects to https://ordering.bellsouth.com - PAGE CAN'T BE DISPLAYED

I have used IE, Chrome and Firefox using two different computers at two different places.  When I log into AT&T to manage my personal home phone service such as add features, I am redirected to bellsouth and receive the message page can't be displayed.
