It's my primary email and I have absolutely NO access to it. It keeps saying it doesn't recognize my password (that I have been using for over a year.)

I've been having the same problem for 4 days. I called ATT tech support and they looged into my computer remotely. Big mistake. Now I cannot even log into my account. Before this, I was able to send but not receive email. ATT needs to fix this and manage their support more effectively. I am not a happy customer.
Here too since Monday I have not been able to get into my account I had mine for over ten years and Im so upset that I cant log into my emails Has anyone heard how long it will be before they fix this problem
My email has been down since last week! Cannot access it, doesn't recognize my passoword, and password reset does not work either. It is my main email address. I have had to create a new one thru Yahoo, just so I can keep in contact with schools, etc.
VERY FRUSTRATING!
I had another one created threw gmail but I have contacts on there that Im unable to get to since I can't log onto my email and Most have my att email Im going to have to call and have my email changed just going to take alot of time Just crazy bs
