AT&T Can't Access AT&T/YAHOO Webhosting ... YAHOO Not Answering ANY Support Phone Numbers!

This is an EPIC failure on the part of YAHOO and the AT&T-YAHOO webhosting team. My websites have been taken down, I have no access to my professional email - no way to reach them. AT&T says they cannot help or transfer my domains and websites to the new AT&T webhosting. Nice ... Really nice way to treat customers.

I agree. I have been unable to see or get emails since Nov 26 and still can't talk to a carbon form to get it resolved. I have emailed 3 different messages and received NOTHING back! Can anyone say GOOGLE?

Our site has been down since Nov 28 when they upgraded our server. Web pages were migrated over but none of our MySQL databases, so our data-driven site has been down for a week. This has cost our business tens of thousands of dollars so far with no end in site.
