Account access denial, session timeouts, RC=1 no mail for ATT.net business email

Constant rejections trying to directly access att.net account service, rejection of logon information stating session expired or, email not delivered regularly (sometimes hours late, in some cases days late) and RC=1 errors when you do finally get into the mailbox.

 

This is happening regardless of which browser or Windows version is used and has been going on for months.

 

Chronic below bottom-tier email service and performance for premium plan ATT business email users. AT&T/ATT.net is without a doubt the worst excuse for an email service on the planet and should get out of the email business.

 


Will someone please notify all affected ATT.net email users if there is some class action motion against AT&T for this lack/denial of service? We’re in need some litigious resolution to push AT&T to fix this and provide reparation.

I have all the problems , but get no response at all from AT&T. been with them for 16 years and this year the service has been horrible

Don't bother sending me e-mail here because I can't access the attglobal.net server (yet again) ... the service has always underdelivered and overpriced (why am I still on it after all these years??) but I think that finally I've reached the separation point.  There was an outtage for me of several weeks in Nov 2013.  I would happily join a class-action to recover the useless spend of $19.95/mon for the past years and especially 2013 when all the problems have simply intensified and service response has cratered.  Try reaching me on RUTVUK@gmail.com if you want a reliable contact.
