streaming not working and video library not showing

My video library is gone, not showing any of my purchases, previous orders, etc.

I can see from my purchase history that my videos are still there but none of the online content is available, period. So much for the theory that this is the best way to access videos all of the time.

Amazon Prime video out - can't stream anything from their site.

Went to put on movies for kids and it says our video library is empty of all the movies we have purchased. Nothing in the watch list either.`

Same issue, earlier today some but not all videos worked...some took me to broken links. Now it says my library is empty.

Had emails this morning 3/30 that everything was back online after contacting them about streaming issues with Prime after calling last night was just a recording while on hold that they were aware of the problem. "We're sorry for the trouble you had while trying to connect to Amazon Instant Video. If you try again, you should be able to connect without encountering further problems." Everyone call and demand a refund for this outage. They like to think they can just blow it off with such a simple message. We never had this treatment with outages from other companies who always credit their customers for outages. They are trying to hide this since it was probably AWS going down.
