Had emails this morning 3/30 that everything was back online after contacting them about streaming issues with Prime after calling last night was just a recording while on hold that they were aware of the problem. "We're sorry for the trouble you had while trying to connect to Amazon Instant Video. If you try again, you should be able to connect without encountering further problems." Everyone call and demand a refund for this outage. They like to think they can just blow it off with such a simple message. We never had this treatment with outages from other companies who always credit their customers for outages. They are trying to hide this since it was probably AWS going down.
