Constant login requested, then no access to email

Requesting repeated logins even if 'keep me login box is checked'.  Cannot switch between linked user IDs without logging in (again).  Now getting error message that Yahoo! cannot access  or load emails, please try again later.  Has been going on since 9:15 a.m. MDT, it's now 3:45 p.m MDT.
