Won't Publish Image Toolbox Changes

I just joined yesterday, and the site's been down a lot within the last couple of days.  I was trying to thicken the borders around my photos, but it won't let me publish them that way.  

I like Weebly, if only it would work more consistently.  I don't have time to work on my site the rest of the week, but had a lot of time tonight.
