Frustrating outages - is this common

I am also unable to edit my newly created Weebly website.  I just created it yesterday, and am very pleased with the way it turned out.  The site was down at times yesterday and today, so I am hesitant to have Weebly host my professional website.

Are these outages common?  Are you users who have been with Weebly for a while disappointed in their reliability?
