unable to load verizonewireless.com

For multiple days I've tried to load verizonewireless.com to make a payment. The browser just keeps trying to load I never get a timeout error. I've let it load for minutes at a time. I was able to log into the mobile app and pay my bill. When I paid, I got the txt and emial comformation alerts, but it has been several days since and the payment still has not posted to my bank account.
