Site not working properly

As of 7/11/23 at 12:39 AM I have an issue with the Informed Delivery portion of USPS.com. Page loads slow but other parts of USPS.com load fine and load in half a second. It sometimes refuses to load at all.

It also says tracking information is currently unavailable
