Clicking on days of delivery won't show the mail images

I had a piece of mail that informed delivery sent a picture of to my email today and was viewable on this site this morning. It never came so I went there to report that I didn't receive it like I had in the past. It wouldn't let me access any of the days of mail going out to me. To do so.
