Went online last night and again this morning to pay bills as I've previously done. After entering my bill pay information and selecting button to pay, I received the following message: "Our system is experiencing some issues. Please try again a little later." I experienced this message 2 days in a row, regardless of changing pay dates and regardless of which brower I used. I called 'online banking support' for help. They were not aware of this problem. They assigned me a case# saying someone should email me back in 2 biz days. So, for now, I can't pay my bills online with U.S. Bank. I asked if it had anything to do with the recent merger btwn Union Bank and U.S. Bank. The US Bank rept said, 'No'.
