Line Down in parking lot

There is a line hanging down in the church parking lot.  The church is 747 Hudson Avenue in Stillwater, NY, but the parking lot is behind the church on Palmer Street.  The line is not disconnected, but is hanging very low.  Please call the church to confirm that you have received this information.  664-7984.
