Same 3 problems as last 3 posters

But what's more is there isn't any chat access AND the automated phone system is messed up too (tried 3 different numbers with same results). When i overrode with speak to a representative i did talk to 2 different people - apparently in the wrong "departemnt" first put me on indefinite hold, second I am fairly sure deliberately disconnected me.
