Unable to Log onto Account

Second day of this outage. Contacted State Farm by Twitter on 12/29.  Was provided url st8.fm/TechSupport url to contact their technical support team, but that just redirected to main statefarm.com website. Was also provided 888-559-1922 phone number to call, but that call was dropped after prompts. Unacceptable.
