Unable to access online banking

On Friday Sept 28 I was unable to access my online banking for nearly the entire day.  I could not even get my checking account balance unless I called customer service.  I could not confirm any bill payments having been made.  I was able to input my customer login id but the browser would not allow me to get to the password screen
