Can't access ANYTHING for HOURS

As a customer, I deserve something compensatory for this huge and costly inconvenience. I, like most in 2017, depend entirely upon my funds in the account I can't access. So I sit out of town with no cash... Anxiously waiting as HOURS pass. We deserve more than "I'm sorry. Try again later."!
