App says not compatible with 5he server

People's did an app update a few days ago,  now it dosent work,  I get a message that it's not compatible with server,  update app it says, its already updated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, get the same thing, I need this app or I am switching banks, I've been a peoples client for over 30 yrs, I've had enough
