home page won't load, says to press reload button and comes up with a blue screen.

Whenever I go to the site, it says to press the reload link to get the new pandora site. It reloads the page and then the same window comes up saying press the reload link.  Can't seem to get to this new pandora site.  This has been a problem now for at least 3-4 weeks.
