Won't even load

I've been trying to log onto myloancare.com and it will not load. This also happened on Saturday, November 25 from 9 pm to 12 midnight when I stopped trying. Seems like maybe it's been not working since then. This has prevented me from making payments and makes me doubt the business. They need to do WAY better.
