Website phone issues

I couldn't get in kept getting hung up on, just got in BE CAREFUL I received errors after a payment so I made it again, I stayed in the account for 5 minutes only to realize two payments were scheduled, cancelled one took 10 minutes to get the cancellation email, it's been 30 minutes and haven't gotten the payment email for either, screenshot everything you do
