This is frustrating. The website is down, and no calls are answered. Tried twice to pay yesterday when the site worked a bit. But no confirmation of payment despite re-entering bank information and hitting 'pay now' twice. Saw this morning that the next payment is due in January, so assumed the payment went through. But over the phone automated system says payment is due today!. This is REALLY REALLY FRUSTRATING.
