They need to fix this.

I was going through a tough time. I got laid off and just got a job. I had to go through a mortgage relief program. My case worker said that the check cleared on the 11/15/2023. I'm trying to make sure that lakeview Loancare actually put the check toward my delinquent loan. I can not even do that. Let alone be able to make my mortgage payment on the first. I really need to know that this check went through and my delinquent loan was paid.
