Site not working, not taking payments, no agents available

It won't let me make November payment. I scheduled a payment for November but it has not gone through and I didn't receive a confirmation email. Automated system says my last payment was in October still. Website says I am past due now. I am concerned because I have been trying to make payment but website is down and or not working properly. Website will not even let me update my phone number. It says that there has been an error at this time please try again later. It is very stressful, disturbing, and disappointing that no customer service agents are available to talk to and help resolve the situation when all I'm trying to do is make my monthly payment.
