site not working

I received an email last night that site was up. I attempted to make a payment and it did not go through. Tried to log in today-logged in but site was lagging. Attempted to make a payment and got an error message. Then called over 10 times and continued to get hung up on. I am freaking out as I have been trying to make a payment for week.
