SITE IS DOWN FROM last thursday.not able to pay mortgage

i am trying to access the website from last 4 days to make mortgage payment and it is down. not sure how when the website will be up. how long will it be to make the payments going default. tried reaching on phone till sunday it was saying technical issue. now we are not able correct and saying call during business hours..
