Loancare just seem to vanish. Cant load site or get a hold of anyone

I have been trying to pay my morgage but loancar just seem to vanish. There is no news or update of what happen. I call and no one answeres as if they are still on thanksgiving vacation. Would like for a rep to at least answere a call
