MSN , outlookk and bing not working

After waiting a few minutes, I  get page cannot be displayed, or Internet Explorer has stopped working, sometimes the msn page will start to load, but nothing there.  I haven't been able to use my email. This has been going on all weekend.  It isn't just my desktop or laptop, my husbands is not working on his computer either.
