No email, No hostpilot, No answer on any phone

Unable to contact intermedia by phone. Hostpilot administration website unresponsive - can't enter service request. Even intermedia sales number not in service. No email via webmail or exchange. Found this static message on intermedia's status web site http://www.intermedia.net/support/currentnetworkstatus "Intermedia's network and servers We are addressing network issue impacting some customers. Anticipate resolution soon. Apologize for impact. Will update ASAP." as of 11:58AM Eastern US time.
