Intermedia Exchange is down, then up, then down again

Every half hour or so, Intermedia seems to briefly come back to life. According to our IT Manager, they have no ETA on a fix and everyone should expect the ups and downs (mainly the downs) throughout the day on 9/3/13. Let's hope it's fixed by the next business day... Can't find any updates on their website and their twitter feed is just apologies.
