All DOWN, west.exch021 seems to be up, but people are forced to east.exch021, which is down

https://west.exch021.serverdata.net/owa/auth.owa seems to be UP,, but I get forced to https://east.exch021.serverdata.net/owa/auth.owa. That one is down. Hostpilot DOWN,, OWAS down. I think I wont be a customer after this quarter.
