Godaddy Cpanel Email Down

Godaddy Cpanel email has been down for 26 hours now.  I've talked to support 4 times and still no ETA.  It's affecting all Cpanel email users.  I asked if there is a support page for users to check for updates, but they said it's not affecting all customers, so they won't created a support page.  If it's affecting all Cpanel email users, I'd image this is 10's of thousands of customers.  Godaddy needs to be a little more transparent with their customers.
